Fujisaki is the new modern Japanese restaurant and bar by Lotus Dining open at The Streets of Barangaroo. Delivering a new take on Japanese cuisine featuring a menu led by the seasons and emphasising the customised robata grill. The raw bar has some of Australia and NZs finest seafood to put on a show, cutting, blowtorching and shaping each mouthful of sushi and sashimi. Fujisaki\u2019s 300+ strong list is curated by sommelier Annette Lacey and the wines are housed in fully humidified and temperature-controlled wine room. There\u2019s also a large range of sake, whiskies and cocktails. The 140-seater takes advantage of habour views with indoor and outdoor seating and has three private dining spaces, including a tatami room, to cater for the local corporate crowd.
